Original International Driving Permit (IDP)

Please bring all three original documents:

Domestic Driver's License
Original Paper International Driving Permit (IDP)

Please send us a clear photo of your IDP before pickup.

We check IDPs in advance because we frequently encounter invalid, incorrect or unusable documents at pickup.

Please send your IDP photo in your messenger group as soon as possible after receiving the pickup message.

Driving & settlement

Hi-pass toll roads: safety & settlement

⚠️ NEVER stop, reverse or make a sudden lane change at a tollgate.

Trying to find a cash lane at the last moment is inconvenient and can cause a serious collision. Keep a steady speed, follow the lane signs and drive safely.

If a Hi-pass card is installed

Use the Hi-pass lane normally. Do not remove or exchange the card, and do not pay separately at the tollgate.

If no Hi-pass card is available

Do not stop inside the Hi-pass lane. Continue through safely. The toll can be recorded by the vehicle licence plate and settled later by our company. The amount will then be charged to your rental settlement. This method is only for a missing or unavailable card and must not be used to intentionally avoid toll payment.

Deposit and final settlement

A 20,000 KRW Hi-pass deposit is charged at pickup when applicable.
Toll records may take approximately 1 to 1.5 months to be compiled after return.
The final amount is the actual tolls plus a 13% administration fee.
If below 20,000 KRW, the deposit payment is cancelled and the final amount is charged separately.
If above 20,000 KRW, only the remaining balance after applying the deposit is charged.
Traffic violations may be charged separately 1 to 2 months later, also with the 13% administration fee.

Repeated or unresolved unpaid tolls may incur additional statutory charges. If a tollgate problem occurs, continue safely and contact us through your messenger group.

During rental

Please contact us immediately through your messenger group for an accident, warning light, flat tire, vehicle problem, extension request or schedule change.

Special return procedure

Contactless vehicle return

Use only when our staff confirms that an immediate joint inspection is not possible. Exterior, dashboard, parking-location and key-placement photos are mandatory.

⚠️ Do not leave the vehicle or take the key with you until every required photo has been shared in your reservation messenger group.
