- Complete immigration and collect all luggage first
- Go to the indoor Arrivals Hall on the first floor
- Send us a message only when you are near Gate 12

Find indoor Gate 12
Walk to Gate 12 on the first floor. Please stay inside the terminal.
STEP 3
Send your location
Send a message and a photo of yourself or the surrounding area in the messenger group so we can find you quickly.
STEP 4
Meet our staff
Our staff member will find you near Gate 12 and guide you to the vehicle.
Documents to bring
- Original paper International Driving Permit (IDP)
- Original domestic driving licence
- Passport
- Visa, if applicable
You may send an IDP photo in advance for document preparation, but the original paper IDP is mandatory at pickup.
